Caption: A 33 y/o female with a polypoid pendunculated vulvar mass A lesion with vascular and myxoid background, the conspicuous vasculature is composed of wide-range caliber vessels, from capillaries to large thick ones, some are hyalinized, some show medial layer hypertrophy and a characteristic finding: presence of bundles of smooth muscle cells and condensation of delicate fibrillary collagen around blood vessel! The stromal cells are bland, spindled cells with round to ovoid nuclei and palely eosinophilic cytoplasmic processes.. We have it all in this tumor! Dx: Deep angiomyxoma
